"Disha" is an NGO functioning in Vadodara. It provides counselling and vocational training to mentally as well as physicall disabled persons. It also runs a Special School for autistic and mentally challenged children. The teaching staff consists of teachers trained in Special Education, an experienced Speech Therapist and a Professional Counsellor. Recently, "Disha" has also started a school for children with multiple disabilities.
EKLAVYA SCHOOL

Eklavya is an integrated school, i.e. a class of normal children will also have some special children. It is a not-for-profit centre catering to developmental needs of children between 0-5 years having Mental Retardation, Cerebral Palsy, Autism and Delayed Development.
